Welcome to the Saica Supplier Portal. In this space you can access all the information about our purchasing procedure, the steps to register as a supplier as well as consult and participate in our main operations.

Supplier Approval

Supplier Approval

To become part of our supplier network, it will be necessary to follow the internal registration and approval procedure described below:

  1. The internal Saica employee interested in working with a new supplier must create an internal supplier approval request in the corporate SAP Ariba tool.
  2. Once this request has been validated by the responsible team, the supplier will receive an invitation by email to create or link their account in SAP Ariba Network as a supplier of the Saica Group.
  3. After linking the account, the supplier must complete the corresponding approval questionnaire, depending on the categories of products and/or services to be supplied to the Saica Group.

Sourcing

In order to participate in Saica group tenders, you must be registered in SAP Ariba and have an account associated to the Saica environment. If you are not registered, you will receive an email to create an account.

In our bidding process, we invite the approved suppliers that best fit our needs to participate.

Once the suppliers are selected, we enter into a negotiation phase to agree on the final terms and conditions of the contract.

The end of the negotiation process is reflected in a contractual document, using SAP Ariba for the digital signature, ensuring that the negotiated conditions are duly recorded in the contract.

This process provides security, transparency and traceability in commercial relations with suppliers.
