Greenheart solutions with recycled content

We offer designed-for-recycling monomaterial laminates (mono PE or polyolefyn based) with >40% recycled content using Saica Natur Cycle Plus certifed PCR rPE resin. Laminates for Stand-Up-Pouch and Eco-refill pouches. Fully available for non food contact applications with no restrictions on raw material availability, allowing to comply with new regulatory requirements.

Circularity Tool

Saica Flex Internal Circularity Tool has been designed to provide a classification based on End-Of-Life for any particular structure. Our tool is based on a scoring system, following recycling guidelines (CEFLEX, PRE, PETCORE…), that have been adapted for Flexible Packaging.

EPR fees estimator

It is used as an initial evaluation of the plastic tax and EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) fees related to a packaging type prior to its design. The estimator provides the Ecofees estimation in the countries where SAICA FLEX is present (Spain, UK, Italy, Luxembourg and Netherlands) but other countries can be also added.
