Technical support
We help to solve any internal issues that may occur whilst using our products. We will also assist with any external issues that may occur with end users (for instance hot melt gluing, taping, structural issues etc.). Our technical experts and our state-of-the-art testing facilities are at your disposal.
Continuous improvements in service levels
We are continuously improving our supply models, by implementing new ways of working, whilst developing new information systems within our Supply Chain. Our Supply Chain department uses demand planning techniques that can offer automatic stock replenishment throughout the distribution network.

We have implemented new supply models, which guarantee constant evolution. We have created specialised offices for each market where our clients get a personal contact. These Market offices allow us to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently and in their own language.
