Saica Flex Buxton has received a gold award for Process Colours Only at the FlexoTech International Print & Innovations Awards 2024, held on October 17 at the Lancaster Hotel in London. This recognition celebrates excellence in flexographic printing and highlights Saica’s commitment to quality and innovation in the industry.
Saica Flex Buxton received this award for their work on the Nestlé Aero Bubbly Bar Milk, showcasing their expertise in delivering high-quality, vibrant packaging solutions. This win reflects the exceptional talent and dedication of the Saica team, reinforcing their position as leaders in the flexographic printing sector.
Judges were impressed, stating: "The image/halftone work in this print eventually won out. A very challenging category but a worthy winner. Great print quality supported by some well-considered prepress."
Saica Pack Livingston and Saica Pack Wigan were also nominated for their contributions. With Saica Pack Livingston recognised for the Corrugated Post-Print A-D Flute for Glen Turner ‘Label 5’ and Saica Pack Wigan for Promotional Print for Refreshingly Saica. While they did not take-home awards this year, their nominations show the innovative spirit and craftsmanship present throughout the Saica organisation.
