Saica Group scoops ten awards at FIAUK Print Awards 2024

Saica Group has won ten awards at the prestigious FIAUK Annual Print Awards, organised by the UK Flexographic Industry Association (FIAUK). The Group came away with five Gold Awards, four Silver Awards, and one Highly Commended Award.

This year’s event, held on 20th June at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool, celebrated the highest achievements in flexographic printing. Each year, FIAUK, which represents the entire flexographic printing supply chain, honours achievements and best practices through the Annual Print Awards.

Saica Flex Buxton:

• Gold: Flexo Print on Film- Surface Print Wide (Aldi Mid Tier White Chocs).

• Silver: Best in Show (Aldi Mid Tier White Chocs).

Saica Packaging Livingston:

• Gold: Post-Print, Coated Process (Dewar's 12-Year-Old Scotch Whisky).

• Gold: Folder Gluer, Coated (Glen Turner's Label 5 12x1L Whisky).

• Gold: Folder Gluer, Uncoated (FBC - Bronte Mini Pack Biscuits).

• Silver: Folder Gluer, Coated (Diageo’s Buchanan’s Pineapple Whisky).

• Silver: Folder Gluer, Uncoated (Deans’ Shortbread Rounds).

• Highly Commended: Folder Gluer, Coated (Diageo Tanqueray London Dry Gin).

Saica Flex Deeside:

• Gold: Extended Colour Gamut (Airwick Composite).

• Silver: Extended Colour Gamut (Airwick Composite).

Saica Flex Deeside received a Gold award for Extended Colour Gamut for its Airwick Composite, and a Silver award for the same product.

Saica Flex Buxton was also recognised with a Gold Award for its Aldi Mid Tier White Chocs (Flexo Print on Film Surface Print Wide), which also received a Silver Award for Best In Show.

Saica Pack Livingston received Gold Awards for Dewar's 12-Year-Old Scotch Whisky, Glen Turner's Label 5 12x1L Whisky, and FBC - Bronte Mini Pack Biscuits.

They also earned Silver Awards for Diageo’s Buchanan’s Pineapple Whisky and Deans’ Shortbread Rounds, along with a Highly Commended Award for Diageo Tanqueray London Dry Gin.
