Do you want to be a Saica supplier?
Welcome to the Saica Supplier Portal. In this space you can access all the information about our purchasing procedure, the steps to register as a supplier as well as consult and participate in our main operations.
In order to optimize the information management of our processes, we work with SAP ARIBA.
Supplier Approval
To become part of our supplier network you must follow the following steps of our registration and approval procedure:
- Complete the registration request as a new supplier.
- Once your application has been reviewed by our team, you will receive an invitation via email to create or link your SAP Ariba Network account as a supplier of the Saica Group.
- After the account is linked, you will complete an approval questionnaire according to the categories products and services you will supply to the Saica Group.
Sourcing
In order to participate in Saica group tenders, you must be registered in SAP Ariba and have an account associated to the Saica environment. If you are not registered, you will receive an email to create an account.
In our bidding process, we invite the approved suppliers that best fit our needs to participate.
Once the suppliers are selected, we enter into a negotiation phase to agree on the final terms and conditions of the contract.
Contracts
The end of the negotiation process is reflected in a contractual document, using SAP Ariba for the digital signature, ensuring that the negotiated conditions are duly recorded in the contract.
This process provides security, transparency and traceability in commercial relations with suppliers.
