Two Years of Learning on the Job.
From day one you will have a real position and would work on real project assignments. All designed to help you to grow into your future career at the Saica Group.

Three professionals just for your development.
We want you to enjoy the experience as you grow professionally, that is why every 6 months you will get a development appraisal from your Supervisor, Tutor and Mentor.
During these timely appraisals, your Supervisor/Tutor will keep track of your performance and of the skills you already developed and which ones they would like you to improve further.

ESIC/ USJ Management Training Program.
We believe in continuous and quality training , that's why we offer you the opportunity to take an online training programme in leadership competencies with ESIC Business and Marketing School .
At the end of the course, you will receive an official certificate from Universidad San Jorge .
GRADUATE EXPERT PROGRAM
More than 400 people have participated in this Program since 2008.
In 2022, 36 new Graduates Expert joined Saica
Today, 68 people are in the Program.
